According to the latest disclosures from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 13, eLong, Inc. increased its shareholding in DIDA INC (02559) by 35,582,693 shares, at a price of HK$1.3875 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HK$49.371 million.

Following this acquisition, eLong's latest share count in the company stands at around 685 million shares, representing a holding ratio of 66.71%.

The transaction also involves a related party, Tongcheng Travel Holdings Limited.
