Singapore Airlines Limited (C6L) announced the issuance of offshore CNY1,500 million 2.38 per cent notes due Jun, 30 2031 under its S$10 billion multicurrency medium-term note programme on Jun, 30 2026.

The Series 013 notes were priced at 100 per cent of their principal amount and are denominated in offshore CNY1,000,000 units, with integral multiples of offshore CNY10,000 thereafter. Interest will be paid semi-annually in arrears on Jun, 30 and Dec, 30 each year.

Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch, DBS Bank Ltd., The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited acted as joint lead managers.

In-principle approval has been obtained for the listing and quotation of the notes on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, with admission to the Official List expected at 9:00 a.m. on Jul, 1 2026.
