TIANGE repurchases 280,000 shares at HKD 0.63; outstanding share count slips to 1.11 billion

TIANGE (Tian Ge Interactive Holdings Limited) disclosed that on 28 July 2026 it bought back 280,000 ordinary shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at HKD 0.63 per share, spending a total of HKD 176,400.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.03% from 1.11 billion to 1.11 billion shares, while treasury stock rose to 1.94 million shares. The total number of issued shares, including treasury stock, remains unchanged at 1.11 billion.

Since the current repurchase mandate was approved on 29 May 2026, TIANGE has repurchased 1.94 million shares, representing 0.17% of the issued shares outstanding on the mandate date. The company is authorised to repurchase up to 110.94 million shares under this mandate.

In line with Main Board rules, a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares is in effect until 27 August 2026.
