Authorised Capital • Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million.

Issued Shares and Treasury Shares • Outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) fell by 20.00 million to 878.00 million. • Total issued shares, inclusive of treasury stock, stood at 880.00 million. • Treasury shares increased by 2.00 million, bringing the month-end treasury balance to 2.00 million shares.

Repurchase Details • 18.00 million shares were repurchased and cancelled on 5 September 2025 at an average price of HKD 1.2368. • An additional 5.00 million shares, previously repurchased at HKD 0.9811 and pending cancellation, remained recorded as a negative adjustment. • During July 2026, 2.00 million shares were bought back for treasury at average prices of HKD 0.9807 (30 July 2026) and HKD 1.05 (31 July 2026).

Public Float • The company confirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.

Board Confirmation • The filing states that all repurchase transactions were duly authorised, executed in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, and that all requisite funds were received.
