ISDN Holdings Ltd's stock surged 3.20% during intraday trading on Tuesday, reflecting renewed investor interest in the Singapore-listed industrial automation and renewable energy firm.
The movement follows a market report highlighting ISDN as one of three small to mid-cap stocks that more than doubled in value over the first half of 2026, attracting significant institutional inflows into the segment. Despite a reported drop in FY2025 profit, the company's core profit—adjusted for non-cash foreign exchange losses—grew by 25.9% to S$9.7 million, with free cash flow improving to S$14.7 million.
Investor optimism is further supported by ISDN's increased dividend payout and its expansion in renewable energy, targeting the completion of two additional mini-hydropower plants in Indonesia in 2026, which would boost capacity by 81.3%.
