On 13 April 2026, Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (Zylox-Tonbridge) repurchased 121,500 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HKD 2.82 million. The shares were bought within a price band of HKD 23.02-23.64, implying a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 23.19 per share.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.036 % to 328.34 million shares, while treasury shares rose to 8.01 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 336.35 million, as the repurchased stock is currently held in treasury.
The purchase was executed under the buy-back mandate approved on 30 May 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 31.96 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 5.19 million shares, equivalent to 1.59 % of the issued share base on the mandate date.
In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Zylox-Tonbridge is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 13 May 2026.
