OPAL Fuels Inc., a renewable natural gas producer, has announced that it will release its second-quarter financial results for the period ending June 30 before the market opens on Monday, August 10, 2026. The company will then hold a conference call at 11:00 AM Eastern Time on the same day to discuss the results.
The company, a leader in the production, marketing, and distribution of renewable natural gas and compressed natural gas for the heavy-duty trucking sector, reported first-quarter adjusted EBITDA of $16.7 million. This figure was down year-over-year, impacted by a lower RIN pricing environment and an additional RNG sales base from regulatory changes in the prior year. Despite this, management has indicated it remains on track to meet its full-year guidance targets.
OPAL Fuels has been actively expanding its operations. In June, the company announced a partnership with GFL Environmental to construct two new RNG facilities in Alabama and Georgia. These projects are expected to add approximately 15 million gasoline gallon equivalents of annual RNG capacity, enough to fuel around 800 heavy-duty trucks. In March 2026, the company completed a $180 million preferred stock financing and signed a $100 million agreement to monetize Section 45Z production tax credits, supporting its future growth investments.
