Del Monte Pacific Limited said it will implement a leadership transition at its main subsidiary, Del Monte Philippines, Inc. (DMPI), effective Apr, 29 2026.
Luis F. Alejandro will step down as Group Chief Operating Officer of Del Monte Pacific and as President and Chief Operating Officer of DMPI. He will become Senior Adviser to the CEO at DMPI to support leadership continuity and knowledge transfer during the transition period.
Angie Go-Flaminiano has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of DMPI and will join the subsidiary’s board on the same date. She will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Joselito D. Campos Jr.
Go-Flaminiano brings more than 30 years of experience in consumer goods, including prior roles at NutriAsia Inc., Procter & Gamble, and a previous tenure as Marketing Head at DMPI.
Del Monte Pacific said the changes align with its succession planning and are intended to ensure leadership continuity, operating discipline, and long-term value creation.
