Sing Holdings shareholders approve all resolutions at Apr, 23 2026 AGM

Sing Holdings Limited reported that all eight resolutions tabled at its annual general meeting on Apr, 23 2026 were approved by shareholders through a poll, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The meeting endorsed the Directors’ Statement and audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025 with 100.00% of the 199.62 million votes cast in favour. Directors’ fees for the same financial year were approved with 99.07% support.

Shareholders backed the declaration of a tax-exempt final and special dividend for FY2025, with 99.98% of votes in favour.

Board matters saw strong backing: Executive Director, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr Lee Sze Hao was re-elected with 99.94% support; Independent Directors Dr Joseph Yeong Wee Yong and Mr Choo Eng Chuan were re-elected with 97.72% and 99.91% approval respectively.

Messrs Ernst & Young LLP was re-appointed as external auditor with unanimous support, while a general mandate authorising directors to issue new shares or convertible instruments secured 97.42% approval.

No shareholders were required to abstain from voting on any resolution. CNP Business Advisory Pte. Ltd. acted as the meeting’s scrutineer.

The company said the board continues to regard Dr Joseph Yeong and Mr Choo Eng Chuan as independent directors under SGX Listing Manual guidelines.
