Anjoy Foods Monthly Return Shows Stable Share Structure for June 2026

Anjoy Foods Group Co., Ltd. released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, indicating no changes in authorised, issued or treasury share totals during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 333.29 million ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, split between 293.29 million A-shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and 39.99 million H-shares listed in Hong Kong.

Issued share figures were unchanged: 292.13 million A-shares outstanding with 1.16 million held in treasury, and 39.99 million H-shares fully in public hands. The Hong Kong-listed tranche continues to satisfy the 5 % minimum public-float requirement set by the Exchange.

Under the 2023 Share Option Incentive Plan, 6,600 options lapsed during June, leaving 3.15 million options outstanding. These options, if exercised, could be satisfied by new issue or transfer from treasury A-shares; no options were exercised and no related share issuances occurred in the month.

Overall, the June return confirms a steady capital structure with no equity financing, share repurchases or conversions executed during the period.
