AK Medical repurchases 1.20 million shares, lifting treasury stock to 3.40 million

AK Medical Holdings Limited disclosed that on 11 June 2026 it bought back 1.20 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 5.75 to HKD 5.81, for a total consideration of HKD 6.96 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.11 % to 1.12 billion shares, while treasury shares rose to 3.40 million. The total number of shares in issue, including treasury shares, remains at 1.12 billion.

Under the repurchase mandate granted on 18 June 2025, AK Medical is authorised to buy back up to 112.27 million shares. To date, 18.96 million shares—equivalent to 1.69 % of the share count on the mandate date—have been repurchased.

In addition, 15.56 million shares repurchased between 6 February and 8 June 2026 are awaiting cancellation, representing roughly 1.38 % of the current total share base.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 11 July 2026.
