Venture Corporation Ltd has reported net profit of S$63.0 million for the three months ended Jun 30, 2026, up 10.3% year-on-year, as stronger demand in multiple technology domains lifted the bottom line despite a slightly slimmer margin.

Earnings per share rose 10.1 per cent to 21.8 Singapore cents, while the board declared an interim ordinary dividend of 30 cents a share—20 per cent higher than last year’s interim payout of 25 cents. The dividend will be paid on Sept 11, 2026.

Second-quarter revenue climbed 12.5 per cent YoY to S$726.2 million, supported by double-digit growth in the Test & Measurement Instrumentation, Networking & Communication and Semiconductor Related Equipment segments, as well as gains in Life Science solutions. On a sequential basis, sales were 15.6 per cent higher than in 1Q26, signalling a pickup in business momentum. For the first half, revenue increased 7.4 per cent to S$1.35 billion and net profit improved 5.6 per cent to S$119.3 million, maintaining an 8.8 per cent net margin.

Venture attributed the topline expansion to rising orders tied to artificial-intelligence infrastructure and continued traction in life-science applications. The company generated operating profit before working-capital changes of S$154.0 million in 1H26, though higher inventory holdings to fortify supply-chain resilience limited operating cash inflow to S$12.9 million. The group remained debt-free with net cash of S$1.11 billion at end-June and a net asset value of S$9.64 per share.

Management said customer feedback points to sustained demand in networking & communications, test & measurement instrumentation and semiconductor equipment. Venture intends to keep investing in emerging technology areas and deepen strategic partnerships to underpin long-term growth, while maintaining its focus on high value-add solutions and operational discipline.
