Larvotto Resources Ltd (ASX:LRV) saw its shares soar 5.24% during intraday trading on Monday, following a significant operational announcement from the company.
The surge came after the company reported that a review of historical drilling at its Hillgrove antimony-gold project in New South Wales identified high-grade, extensive gold-antimony-tungsten mineralization over a strike length of one kilometer. The review included a historical intercept of five meters at 11.8 grams per tonne gold-equivalent. The company also stated that diamond drilling has been approved and is set to begin shortly, signaling a proactive step towards resource evaluation and development.
