Yeebo declares HKD 0.05 final dividend for FY 2026; ex-dividend set for 7 September

Yeebo (International Holdings) Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of HKD 0.05 per share for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. The distribution is subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 24 August 2026.

The shares will trade ex-dividend on 7 September 2026. The last day to lodge share transfers with Tricor Investor Services Limited for dividend entitlement is 8 September 2026 at 16:30, followed by a book-closure period from 9 to 10 September 2026. The record date is 10 September 2026, and payment will be made on 6 October 2026 in Hong Kong dollars.

The dividend will be paid entirely in cash, with no stated withholding tax implications and no concurrent warrant or convertible securities issues.

As of the announcement date (30 June 2026), Yeebo’s board comprises four executive directors—Mr. Fang Yan Tak, Douglas; Mr. Li Kwok Wai, Frankie; Mr. Leung Tze Kuen; and Mr. Cheung Wai Man—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Chu Chi Wai, Allan; Mr. Lau Yuen Sun, Adrian; and Professor Lau Kei May.
