SAINT BELLA GROUP LIMITED (SAINT BELLA GP) disclosed a fresh share repurchase in its Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 6 October 2026.
On 6 October 2026, the company repurchased 45,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 2.645 and HKD 2.735, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 2.7031. The buy-back cost totalled HKD 0.12 million and represents approximately 0.0073% of the group’s outstanding share capital prior to the transaction. All repurchased shares will be held as treasury stock; none are earmarked for immediate cancellation.
Following the transaction, SAINT BELLA GP’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined to 615.60 million shares, while treasury holdings increased to 6.60 million shares. The total number of issued shares remains unchanged at 622.20 million.
Since the current repurchase mandate was approved on 30 June 2026, the company has bought back an aggregate 6.60 million shares, equivalent to 1.06% of the shares outstanding as at the mandate date. The mandate permits repurchases of up to 62.22 million shares.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, SAINT BELLA GP is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 5 November 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
