Prudential plc Executives Acquire Shares Through Employee Purchase Plan

Prudential plc announced that seven senior executives bought ordinary shares under the company’s All Employee Share Purchase Plan.

Chief Financial Officer Ben Bulmer acquired 40 shares at GBP 10.432961 each on Aug, 10 2026. Chief Human Resources Officer Catherine Chia purchased 36 shares at the same price, while Chief Risk and Compliance Officer Avnish Kalra bought 40 shares. Rajeev Mittal, Chief Executive Officer of Eastspring Investments, acquired 39 shares, and Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer Kenneth Rappold purchased 40 shares. Regional CEO Dennis Tan bought 36 shares, and Chief Executive Officer Anil Wadhwani acquired 40 shares. All transactions were executed on the London Stock Exchange.

Prudential plc provides life and health insurance and asset-management services across Greater China, ASEAN, India and Africa. The company is dual-listed in Hong Kong and London, with secondary listings in Singapore and New York.
