Café de Coral completes HK$2.72 million buyback; cumulative repurchases under current mandate reach 5.67 million shares

Café de Coral Holdings Limited reported a fresh on-market share repurchase on 12 August 2026. The company bought back 466,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging from HK$5.77 to HK$5.88, for a total consideration of HK$2.72 million.

Including this transaction, 5.67 million shares have been repurchased but not yet cancelled since 26 June 2026. This cumulative amount equals 0.98% of the company’s issued share capital on the date the repurchase mandate was granted (19 August 2025) and represents 9.78% of the 58.00 million-share limit authorised by that mandate.

Issued share capital remains unchanged at 580.00 million shares, as the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. No treasury shares are held.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Café de Coral is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 11 September 2026 following the latest buyback.
