Sisram Medical Ltd (Sisram Medical) cautioned shareholders that, based on preliminary unaudited figures, the Group anticipates a first-half 2026 loss attributable to owners of USD 0.90 million–1.40 million, reversing the USD 6.40 million profit recorded in the same period of 2025.
Revenue is projected to rise to no less than USD 171.00 million, up from USD 165.50 million a year earlier. Management attributes the top-line growth to robust demand across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East & Africa, coupled with a greater contribution from the Injectables segment.
The swing to a net loss is primarily linked to two factors: 1. Lower sales in North America amid “persistent challenging market conditions.” 2. Continued investment in the Group’s injectable business in Mainland China, including the rollout of DAXXIFY and local manufacturing capabilities.
To mitigate pressure on profitability, the Group is sharpening commercial execution and realigning costs in North America, while maintaining selective investment in strategic initiatives, product innovation, and ecosystem integration to support longer-term growth.
These figures are based on unaudited management accounts and may change upon completion of the interim review. The formal interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 are scheduled for release by end-August 2026.
Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Sisram Medical shares.
