Ausnutria Dairy Corporation Ltd disclosed that it repurchased 120,000 ordinary shares on 30 April 2026 through on-exchange transactions at prices ranging from HKD1.49 to HKD1.55 per share, for a total consideration of HKD0.18 million.
Including this latest transaction, Ausnutria has bought back 896,000 shares between 13 April and 30 April 2026 that are pending cancellation. The aggregate volume represents 0.05% of the company’s issued share capital at the time the current repurchase mandate was approved on 29 May 2025. The mandate authorises the company to repurchase up to 177.94 million shares, leaving over 99% of the authorised limit unused.
The company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.78 billion shares as at 30 April 2026, as none of the repurchased shares had been cancelled by that date. Under Hong Kong listing rules, Ausnutria is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 30 May 2026 following the latest buyback.
All transactions were carried out in compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules, according to the filing signed by Company Secretary Cheung Ka Lai.
