HRnetGroup Limited announced the sale of 247,400 treasury shares on May, 4 2026 to enhance trading liquidity and free float.
After the transaction, the company’s treasury shareholding fell to 20,381,906 from 20,629,306, representing 2.06% of its issued shares compared with 2.08% previously.
The shares were sold for about 0.18 million Singapore dollars.
