AK MEDICAL completes HK$18.20 million share buy-back; 47.82 million shares repurchased since June mandate

AK Medical Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 3.59 million ordinary shares on 30 June 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HK$4.99 to HK$5.15 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of approximately HK$5.04. The total consideration reached HK$18.20 million, equivalent to 0.33% of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) as of 29 June 2026.

Following the latest transaction, AK Medical’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 1.095 billion to 1.092 billion shares, while treasury shares increased to 32.26 million. The aggregate number of shares in issue, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 1.12 billion.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 17 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 112.46 million shares. To date, 47.82 million shares—representing 4.25% of the issued share base on the mandate date—have been bought under this authority, leaving approximately 64.64 million shares (57% of the mandate) available for further repurchase.

Separately, 15.56 million shares repurchased between 6 February and 8 June 2026 remain pending cancellation. No new shares have been issued, sold or transferred since the mandate took effect, and a moratorium on any such actions is in place until 30 July 2026, in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements.
