Ambiq Micro, Inc. (AMQ) began trading on the Singapore Exchange Mainboard on Jul, 30 2026, marking the US semiconductor firm’s first secondary listing outside its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

The Austin-headquartered company, founded in 2010, supplies ultra-low-power semiconductor solutions that enable artificial intelligence to operate on battery-powered edge devices used in consumer, industrial, healthcare and smart-environment applications.

Chief Executive Officer Fumihide Esaka said the Singapore listing is a key milestone for Ambiq, highlighting the city-state’s role as the firm’s regional research, development and engineering hub and its gateway to Asian customers, partners and talent.

Pol de Win, Head of Global Sales and Origination at SGX Group, stated that the dual listing offers Ambiq continuous access to global capital markets and an expanded investor base in Asia as it scales its operations and R&D activities in Singapore.

Ambiq has received support from the Singapore Economic Development Board and Enterprise Singapore since 2018 through their investment arm, EDBI.
