BlackRock Reports USD 6.62 Million in Derivative Deals Linked to ENN Energy During Privatisation Process

Hong Kong, 5 June 2026—The Executive has released a Rule 22 disclosure showing that BlackRock, Inc. executed a series of derivative transactions tied to ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. on 4 June 2026, coinciding with the company’s proposed privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement.

BlackRock entered into seven separate derivative contracts referencing a combined 307,100 ENN Energy shares. Reference prices ranged from USD 51.60 to USD 51.75 per share, resulting in an aggregate cash consideration of USD 6.62 million.

Post-transaction, BlackRock’s resultant position in ENN Energy increased to 13,605,200 shares, classifying it as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

The disclosure states that all dealings were executed for discretionary investment clients. No additional terms of the privatisation scheme were provided in the filing.
