MicroPort CardioFlow reports stable share capital and public-float compliance in March 2026 update

MicroPort CardioFlow Medtech Corporation released its monthly return for the period ended 31 March 2026, showing no change in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Authorised/registered share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.000025 each, representing total authorised capital of USD 50,000.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.27 billion ordinary shares, and the company confirmed that it continued to meet the minimum 25 per cent public-float requirement under Main Board rules.

Equity incentive activity was minimal. Under its 2020 share option scheme, 8,000 options were cancelled, reducing outstanding options to 10.74 million. The separate 2023 share scheme maintained 4.85 million outstanding options. No options were exercised, no treasury shares were utilised, and no new shares were issued, resulting in zero funds raised for the month.

The filing shows no warrants, convertibles, or other equity instruments outstanding, and there were no treasury-share movements.

All regulatory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by the company’s joint secretary, Li Xiangmei, on 9 April 2026.
