BAIOO Buys Back 1.24 Million Shares for HK$0.55 Million, Slightly Trimming Outstanding Stock

BAIOO Family Interactive Limited disclosed a repurchase of 1.24 million ordinary shares on 18 June 2026 via on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The buybacks were executed at prices ranging from HK$0.435 to HK$0.45 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$0.4427 and an aggregate cash outlay of HK$0.55 million.

Following the transaction, BAIOO’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 2.86 billion shares from 2.86 billion, a reduction of 0.04%. Concurrently, the company’s treasury-share balance rose to 6.79 million shares.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate granted on 27 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 286.72 million shares. Including the latest transaction, BAIOO has repurchased 6.79 million shares under this mandate, representing 0.24% of the shares outstanding on the mandate-approval date.

As stipulated by Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 18 July 2026.
