Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings Limited has issued a proxy form for its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2026, calling shareholders to vote on a single ordinary resolution concerning the transfer of equity interest and related debts in Yujing Hotel.

The EGM is set for 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, at the company’s research and development centre, No. 2199 Nongsheng Road East, Shouguang City, Shandong Province, PRC. Holders of A, B and H shares are entitled to attend or vote by proxy.

Shareholders who wish to delegate voting rights must lodge completed proxy forms—together with any required powers of attorney—with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time. Completion of a proxy form does not preclude personal attendance and voting at the EGM.

If approved, the resolution will authorise Chenming Paper to dispose of its equity stake and outstanding receivables in Yujing Hotel. Specific financial terms of the proposed transfer are not disclosed in the current filing.

For joint shareholders, the vote of the first-named holder on the register will prevail when multiple joint holders attend. Corporate shareholders must execute proxy forms in line with their articles of association and present certified authorisation documents if represented by a legal proxy.
