Geekplus-W repurchases 1.20 million Class B WVR shares; treasury stock rises to 15.30 million

Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (“Geekplus-W”) disclosed a share buyback conducted on 20 July 2026, repurchasing 1.20 million Class B weighted voting right (WVR) ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The on-market transaction was executed within a price range of HKD 9.51 to HKD 10.11 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 9.72 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 11.66 million.

Following the repurchase, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined from 1,010.05 million to 1,008.85 million, a reduction of 0.12%. Treasury shares increased from 14.10 million to 15.30 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 1,024.15 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 26 May 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 102.42 million shares. Cumulative execution under this mandate now stands at 15.30 million shares, equivalent to 1.49% of the issued share base on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Geekplus-W is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 20 August 2026.
