EACON (07687) has announced that the sponsor and overall coordinator, acting on its own behalf and on behalf of the international underwriters, partially exercised the over-allotment option on Sunday, August 2, 2026. This involved 2,771,100 H-shares, representing approximately 10.60% of the total initial offer shares available under the global offering before any exercise of the over-allotment option.

The over-allotted shares will be issued and allotted by the company at HKD 87.92 per H-share, which is the offer price per H-share under the global offering, excluding 1.0% brokerage, 0.0027% SFC transaction levy, 0.00565% Stock Exchange trading fee, and 0.00015% AFR transaction levy. These over-allotted shares are intended to deliver part of the H-shares to placees who agreed to defer delivery of their relevant H-shares subscribed under the global offering.

Pursuant to Section 9(2) of the Securities and Futures (Stabilization) Rules (Chapter 571W of the Laws of Hong Kong), the company declared that the stabilization period for the global offering ended on Sunday, August 2, 2026, which is the 30th day after the deadline for submitting Hong Kong public offering applications. The stabilization actions taken by the stabilization agent, its affiliates, or any person acting on their behalf during the stabilization period are as follows:

(1) An overallotment of 3,919,800 H-shares in the international offering, accounting for approximately 15.0% of the total initial offer shares available under the global offering before any exercise of the over-allotment option.

(2) Continuous purchases of a total of 1,148,800 H-shares on the market during the stabilization period, within a price range of HKD 77.00 to HKD 87.90 per H-share (excluding 1.0% brokerage, 0.0027% SFC transaction levy, 0.00565% Stock Exchange trading fee, and 0.00015% AFR transaction levy). These purchases represent approximately 4.40% of the total initial offer shares available under the global offering before any exercise of the over-allotment option. The last market purchase by the stabilization agent, its affiliates, or any person acting on their behalf was made on Friday, July 31, 2026, at a price of HKD 87.80 per H-share (excluding 1.0% brokerage, 0.0027% SFC transaction levy, 0.00565% Stock Exchange trading fee, and 0.00015% AFR transaction levy).

(3) The partial exercise of the over-allotment option by the sponsor and overall coordinator (on its own behalf and on behalf of the international underwriters) on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at a price of HKD 87.92 per H-share (the offer price per H-share under the global offering, excluding 1.0% brokerage, 0.0027% SFC transaction levy, 0.00565% Stock Exchange trading fee, and 0.00015% AFR transaction levy), involving 2,771,100 H-shares. This represents approximately 10.60% of the total initial offer shares available under the global offering before any exercise of the over-allotment option, and is aimed at delivering part of the H-shares to placees who agreed to defer delivery of their relevant H-shares subscribed under the global offering. The remaining portion of the over-allotment option not exercised by the sponsor and overall coordinator (on its own behalf and on behalf of the international underwriters) lapsed on Sunday, August 2, 2026.
