JF SmartInvest Repurchases 142,800 Shares; Treasury Stock Climbs to 321,600

JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd disclosed a share buyback on 1 April 2026, purchasing 142,800 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 29.36 to HKD 29.64, for a total consideration of HKD 4.21 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares fell by 0.03% to 468.04 million, down from 468.18 million on 31 March 2026. Treasury shares increased to 321,600, while the company’s total issued share capital remained constant at 468.36 million shares.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 20 June 2025, which permits the company to buy back up to 44.84 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 321,600 shares, equivalent to 0.07% of the issued share base at the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, JF SmartInvest is prohibited from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 1 May 2026, 30 days after the latest buyback.
