Transaction highlights (5 June 2026): • Nature of trades: Unsolicited client-facilitation in derivatives referencing ENN Energy shares. • Purchases: 57,000 share equivalents at a weighted average price of HK$51.74, for an aggregate consideration of HK$2.95 million. • Sales: 124,900 share equivalents at a weighted average price of HK$51.61, realising HK$6.45 million. • Net effect: Disposal of 67,900 share equivalents and a net cash inflow of roughly HK$3.50 million. • Contract tenors: Maturities span from 21 January 2027 to 28 March 2029. • Resultant position: Zero balance, indicating no outstanding economic exposure after the trades.

Regulatory context: Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc is classified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror in the ongoing ENN Energy privatisation. All transactions were executed for the firm’s own account, fulfilling disclosure obligations under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
