CHINA SUNTIEN (00956) has announced that it entered into a loan agreement with its offshore wind power subsidiary on August 7, 2026. The company conditionally agreed to use proceeds from its medium-term note issuance to provide a loan to the offshore wind entity, with a total amount not exceeding RMB 400 million.

Hebei Construction & Investment Group, the controlling shareholder of the company, directly and indirectly holds approximately 52.80% of the company's issued shares. The offshore wind subsidiary is a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company, with Hebei Construction & Investment Group and its non-wholly owned subsidiary Jiantou Energy collectively holding 48.60% of its equity. As a result, the offshore wind entity is a connected subsidiary of the company.
