Doncasters Group (DPC Holdings) saw its stock price soar 32.58% during intraday trading on Thursday, marking a powerful debut on the New York Stock Exchange.
The aerospace parts maker began trading under the ticker symbol DPC following its initial public offering, which was priced at $33 per share. The IPO was upsized to raise approximately $919.3 million, with the company also securing $144 million in concurrent private placements. Market indications prior to the opening showed the stock was expected to trade significantly higher than its IPO price, reflecting strong investor demand.
The listing represents a key milestone in Doncasters' turnaround story, coming more than six years after a debt restructuring. The company has more than doubled its revenue since 2020 and invested over $170 million to modernize facilities and expand capacity. Doncasters manufactures complex components for aerospace engines and industrial gas turbines, competing with established industry players.
