Yongda Auto has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Xiamen Hongxin Electronics Technology Group Inc.

The agreement, signed on July 15, 2026, establishes a long-term strategic partnership between the two companies, leveraging their respective industrial foundations and core capabilities.

Yongda Auto (03669) intends to utilize Hongxin Electronics' professional expertise and industrial resources to comprehensively develop the embodied AI commercial application services industry.

The board of directors believes the strategic cooperation framework agreement will deliver strategic value to the group by harnessing the resources and corporate backgrounds of both parties.

Hongxin Electronics will assist Yongda Auto in its full-scale layout of the embodied AI commercial application services sector.

The collaboration will begin with building foundational capabilities in computing power supply and operations, as well as data collection, training, and services.

Based on this foundation, the partnership will gradually expand into commercial services including the deployment of embodied AI large models, scenario applications, project implementation, terminal sales, leasing, and ongoing operations.

The board considers that the agreement will aid the group in positioning itself within the embodied AI commercial application services industry, enhance the company's overall corporate development, and deliver maximum long-term returns for the company and its shareholders.
