Guoquan Food spends HK$3.80 million on latest share buyback; cumulative repurchases reach 83.71 million shares

Guoquan Food (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. disclosed that on 07 July 2026 it repurchased 2.16 million H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HK$1.73 and HK$1.78 per share, for a total consideration of HK$3.80 million.

Including this transaction, the company has repurchased 83.71 million shares under the mandate granted on 29 April 2026, representing 3.19 % of the issued share capital on the mandate date. The mandate authorises buybacks of up to 262.44 million shares, leaving a potential balance of 178.74 million shares.

Uncancelled shares awaiting cancellation now stand at 30.52 million, acquired between 29 June and 07 July 2026 at volume-weighted average prices ranging from HK$1.76 to HK$1.88.

As at 07 July 2026, Guoquan Food’s share capital comprised 2.57 billion issued shares (excluding 176.10 million treasury shares), maintaining a total issued share count of 2.75 billion. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales remains in force until 06 August 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing requirements.
