Parkson Group Reports Stable Share Capital for April 2026; Public Float Remains Above 25% Threshold

Parkson Retail Group Limited (Parkson Group) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital were unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital closed April at HKD 150.00 million, representing 7.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.02 each. No adjustments to the authorised limit were recorded.

Issued share capital also remained static. Outstanding ordinary shares totalled 2.63 billion, identical to the March figure, and the company held no treasury shares. Consequently, the total number of issued shares stood at 2.63 billion, with no share issues, cancellations, or buy-backs reported.

Parkson did not grant or exercise any share options, warrants, or convertible instruments, and it entered into no other agreements or arrangements to issue shares during the month.

Management confirmed that the company satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement, maintaining at least 25% of its issued shares in public hands as of 30 April 2026.

The return, submitted on 7 May 2026 by Executive Director Cheng San San, also attested that all regulatory and listing rule obligations related to the company’s issued securities have been duly met.
