MP CARDIOFLOW-B (02160) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai MicroPort CardioFlow, entered into a lease agreement with landlord Shanghai Huiqingcheng Investment Management Co., Ltd. on July 31, 2026 (after market close). Under Lease Agreement I, Shanghai MicroPort CardioFlow agreed to lease Property I for a five-year term, running from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2031 (inclusive).

On the same date, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Creating Rhythm Medical, entered into Lease Agreement II with the same landlord, agreeing to lease Property II for a five-year term, also from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2031 (inclusive). Both Property I and Property II are part of the landlord's custom-built industrial facilities, located at No. 1661 Zhangdong Road and No. 2585 Zuchongzhi Road in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, with gross floor areas of approximately 9,042.09 square meters and 4,634.95 square meters, respectively.

The properties were constructed specifically for the group's operations. The group initially began leasing the properties after their completion and entered into related lease agreements in May 2021 for production purposes, which expired before the effective date of the current lease agreements (the 2021 leases). Details were previously disclosed in the company's announcements dated May 13, 2021 and June 11, 2021.

The group intends to continue using the properties for production to support its expansion plans. The continued leasing of these properties is deemed beneficial and critical to the company's daily production activities, ensuring operational stability and supporting the group's ongoing business development.
