Lepu ScienTech Medical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 528,000 H shares on 30 June 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$9.23 to HK$10.44, with a volume-weighted cost of approximately HK$5.32 million.
Including 212,000 H shares bought back on 26 June 2026 at an average HK$9.8686 per share, the company now holds 740,000 shares pending cancellation. This aggregate represents about 0.21% of the 346.75 million issued H shares outstanding as at the mandate date of 22 May 2026.
The current repurchases fall under the general mandate that authorises Lepu ScienTech to buy back up to 34.67 million shares; only 2.13% of that limit has been utilised to date. As the bought-back shares have not yet been cancelled, the issued share capital remains unchanged at 346.75 million shares, and the company holds no treasury shares.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Lepu ScienTech is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares—or selling or transferring any treasury shares—until 30 July 2026.
