Tuan Sing Holdings Limited announced that shareholders approved all nine ordinary resolutions tabled at the company’s 56th annual general meeting on Apr, 28 2026.

The poll results showed near-unanimous support: 100.00% voted for the adoption of the directors’ statement, audited financial statements and independent auditor’s report, while 99.98% backed the first and final dividend. Resolutions on directors’ fees, the re-election of directors, the re-appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as external auditor, and three share-issue and mandate authorities each received at least 99.93% support.

The renewal of the interested person transactions mandate was also passed with 98.81% of votes in favour after major shareholder Nuri Holdings (S) Pte Ltd and related parties abstained from voting on that item.

CACS Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. acted as the independent scrutineer. The company confirmed that re-elected director Ooi Joon Hin remains an independent, non-executive director and chairman of the audit and risk committee.

An AGM presentation will be released, and the meeting minutes will be published on SGXNet within one month.
