Bank of Jiujiang Sets 21 Aug 2026 H-Shareholders Meeting to Vote on Authorisation Adjustments and Domestic Share Issuance

Bank of Jiujiang Co., Ltd. has called the 2026 Second H Shareholders Class Meeting for 21 August 2026 at its headquarters in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province. The on-site session will begin immediately after the company’s 2026 Second Extraordinary General Meeting and the 2026 Second Domestic Shareholders Class Meeting.

Two special resolutions will be tabled: 1) Adjustment of sub-authorisations granted to relevant persons; 2) Confirmation of matters relating to the issuance of domestic shares.

Voting will be conducted by poll in line with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Shareholder eligibility: The H-share register will be closed from 20 August 2026 to 21 August 2026 (both days inclusive). Only holders whose names appear on the register on 21 August 2026 may attend and vote. Transfer documents must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 16:30 on 19 August 2026.

Proxy arrangements: H-shareholders may appoint one or more proxies. Valid proxy forms, together with notarised authorisation documents, must be lodged with Computershare at least 24 hours before the meeting (or any adjournment).

Logistics: Attendees must present identification; travel and accommodation expenses are borne by shareholders. Detailed information on the proposed resolutions will be provided in the forthcoming circular.
