The consideration was not cash, but rather approximately 45.88% equity in a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangte Yuanzhi. Following the transaction, Tianfu International holds 39.57% of EASY SMART GP, maintaining its controlling position, while Guangte Yuanzhi holds 25%, becoming the second-largest shareholder.

Public information reveals that Guangte Yuanzhi is an artificial intelligence company focused on the intelligent computing middle layer between large models and heterogeneous chips. It leverages self-developed heterogeneous computing pooling and inference acceleration technology downstream, while upstream, it delivers capabilities through a MaaS (Model-as-a-Service) model, packaging mainstream large models into standardized APIs. This allows enterprises and developers to access services without building their own computing infrastructure or training models, enabling out-of-the-box usability.
