MoneyMax Financial Services completes Series 005 digital token issue raising 74.42 million Singapore dollars

MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. announced the successful close of MoneyMax Treasure Pte. Ltd.’s Series 005 digital security tokens under its 200 million Singapore dollars unsecured commercial paper programme.
The offer closed at 12.00 p.m. Singapore time on Jun, 11 2026, generating 74.42 million Singapore dollars in gross proceeds.
The Series 005 Notes are scheduled to list on the ADDX Exchange on Jun, 12 2026.
Related parties, including Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dato’ Sri Dr. Lim Yong Guan, subscribed for 34.28 million Singapore dollars, representing 46.06% of the issuance.
The company stated that it will provide further updates on the programme and the Series 005 Notes when material developments arise.
