AsiaInfo Technologies Limited (01675) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, AsiaInfo Technologies (China) Co., Ltd., has officially signed a framework cooperation agreement under the "Moonshot Project" with Beijing Moonshot AI Technology Co., Ltd. This partnership leverages the distinct strengths of both organizations to pursue comprehensive collaboration in the field of Agentic AI for enterprise services.

Drawing on its robust capabilities in Token operations product systems, its Front-Deployed Engineer (FDE) model, and over three decades of experience in enterprise-level services, AsiaInfo Tech will combine these assets with Moonshot AI's leading-edge AI technology research and foundational model products. The collaboration will center on the Kimi large language model and the enterprise AI market, focusing on areas such as Token and API service provisioning, private model deployment, industry-specific agent construction, and large model security. The goal is to overcome engineering bottlenecks and bridge the final gap in achieving scalable AI implementation.

Furthermore, AsiaInfo Tech has been designated as a preferred partner for Moonshot AI within the communications sector, with Moonshot AI committing to provide equally prioritized, comprehensive support. In the realm of Token and API services, AsiaInfo Tech will utilize its strong product and technical capabilities in Token management, coupled with Moonshot AI's advantages in Kimi model and Token supply, to deliver clients an end-to-end closed loop—from computing resource coordination to Token measurement, billing, and optimization. This is intended to transition the Group's business model from project delivery to sustained value operations.

Regarding joint FDE delivery, the initiative will rely on the advanced capabilities and broad industry influence of Moonshot AI's Kimi model. This will be paired with the Group's extensive end-to-end delivery experience and specialized FDE team resources, accumulated over years of serving operators and key industries. Together, they aim to provide industry clients with integrated, high-quality solutions for private model deployment, parameter tuning, industry agent construction, and implementation and maintenance services.

For overseas expansion, the two parties will integrate their respective strengths in resources, channels, and technology to jointly explore international markets. This collaboration is designed to boost global brand influence and achieve business globalization. Additionally, the partners will engage in product, solution, and market cooperation centered on large model security and agent security, aiming to deeply integrate intelligence with safety and ensure the secure deployment of large models across industries.

Both organizations have established a comprehensive mechanism for collaboration, including joint working groups, regular high-level meetings, and periodic assessments of cooperation outcomes, to ensure efficient progress and practical implementation of their joint efforts. The Board of AsiaInfo Tech believes that this cooperation will further promote the large-scale implementation of the Group's Token operations and FDE delivery models, accelerate the deep integration of AI with industry scenarios, facilitate the realization of AI business value, and create additional growth opportunities for the Group, ultimately benefiting the company and its shareholders.
