Kelfred Holdings Limited (Kelfred) has reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to the company’s Monthly Return filed on 4 August 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

The authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million. Issued share capital held steady at 500.00 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

Kelfred confirmed that it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent as of 31 July 2026.

No share options were exercised, issued, or cancelled during the month. The 2019 Share Option Scheme still allows for up to 50.00 million new shares to be granted, though none are currently outstanding. The filing also shows no activity in warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and there were no share repurchases or redemptions.

The unchanged capital base and adherence to public-float rules indicate a stable equity position for Kelfred as it enters the second half of its financial year.
