Asia Cement (China) Holdings Corporation filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that all share capital metrics remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital was unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, representing authorised capital of HKD 1.00 billion.

Issued share capital also held steady: 1.57 billion ordinary shares were in issue at both the beginning and end of July, with no treasury shares outstanding and no movements in share issuance, repurchase, or cancellation.

The filing reconfirmed compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), indicating that the minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares was met as of 31 July 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were granted, exercised, or outstanding during the reporting month, and there were no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts or other capital-market activities disclosed.
