Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. (JACOBIO-B) repurchased 101,100 ordinary shares on 7 July 2026 through on-exchange transactions, spending HK$0.50 million at prices ranging from HK$4.92 to HK$4.95 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was approximately HK$4.94.
The buyback reduced Jacobio’s outstanding share count by 0.0129%, from 783.09 million to 782.98 million shares. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock, lifting the company’s treasury share balance to 8.77 million, while the total issued share capital remains unchanged at 791.76 million shares.
The transaction was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which permits the company to buy back up to 78.37 million shares. Cumulative repurchases since the mandate’s approval now total 740,400 shares, equivalent to 0.09% of the issued shares outstanding on the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, Jacobio is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 6 August 2026.
Director Xiaojie Wang confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant Main Board Rules and that no material changes have occurred to the company’s previously filed explanatory statement.
