HANS CNC (03200) has released its interim results for 2026, showing remarkable growth across key financial metrics. The company recorded operating revenue of approximately RMB 4.985 billion, a year-on-year increase of 109.29%. Gross profit reached around RMB 1.752 billion, up 142.9%, while net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company surged 263.45% to approximately RMB 957 million. Basic earnings per share stood at RMB 2.06.

According to the announcement, the rapid growth in overall business during the first half was primarily driven by the explosive demand from AI computing power, which fueled a surge in orders for high-end PCB equipment. This was complemented by the company's consolidated technological moat, which enhanced market share and unlocked economies of scale, collectively driving a substantial increase in orders across its entire product line.

Drilling equipment, the company's core revenue pillar, generated approximately RMB 3.62 billion in revenue during the reporting period, up 113.98% year-on-year. Its share of total operating revenue rose from 71.02% to 72.61%. On the demand side, the continuous expansion of downstream AI servers, high-speed switches, and high-speed optical modules has spurred robust demand in the high-end PCB market, leading to sufficient orders and notable sales growth for upstream drilling equipment. Additionally, the increasing proportion of high-value-added mechanical drilling machines in the product mix has pushed up average selling prices, further expanding drilling equipment revenue scale.

During the first half, the overall gross margin improved from 30.28% to 35.15%, a gain of 4.87 percentage points. The profit growth in the reporting period was largely attributed to the surge in AI computing power chain demand and the process upgrades by downstream PCB manufacturers, which boosted demand for high-end PCB processing equipment. Simultaneously, the company advanced R&D iterations, optimized its product sales structure, deepened collaborations with leading premium customers, and leveraged scaled operations to reduce costs and enhance efficiency. These factors collectively drove both gross profit scale and overall profitability to new heights.
