Contel Technology Company Limited announced that all three ordinary resolutions tabled at its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 14 July 2026 were approved by poll with full shareholder support.
The resolutions—approving the Subscription Agreement, the Placing Agreement and an increase in authorised share capital—each received 70.93 million votes in favour, representing 100 % of the votes cast. No votes were recorded against any resolution.
As of the EGM date, Contel Technology had 131.77 million issued shares eligible to vote. There were no shares subject to voting restrictions, and no shareholders abstained or indicated an intention to vote against any resolution.
Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited acted as the independent scrutineer for the poll. All directors of Contel Technology attended the meeting either in person or via electronic means.
The successful passage of the resolutions clears the way for the company to proceed with the approved subscription and placing arrangements and to expand its authorised share capital as outlined in the circular dated 24 June 2026.
