Mapletree Logistics Trust issues 19.1 million new units for fee payments

Mapletree Logistics Trust has issued 19,081,125 new units on Aug, 12 2026 to satisfy part of its base, performance, property management and lease management fees related to certain properties in its portfolio.

The allotment comprises 10,277,823 units at S$1.176 each and 8,803,302 units at S$1.2221 each.

Of the total, 7,698,190 units were used to pay the base fee for the period from Apr, 1 2026 to Jun, 30 2026; 10,277,823 units covered part of the performance fee for the financial year ended Mar, 31 2026; and 1,105,112 units settled property and lease management fees for the same quarter.

All issued units were allotted to Mulberry Pte. Ltd. As a result, Mulberry now holds 935.75 million units, while the manager holds 6.29 million units. Mapletree Logistics Trust’s total outstanding units stand at 5.14 billion.

The issue prices were determined using the volume-weighted average price of Mapletree Logistics Trust units traded on the Singapore Exchange over the last ten business days of the relevant periods.
