PCCW Limited (PCCW) has reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 4 August 2026.

• Issued Share Capital: The number of issued ordinary shares remained at 7.75 billion, with no treasury shares outstanding. There were no share issues, cancellations, or repurchases during the month.

• Public Float: PCCW reconfirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.

• Share Option Scheme (2024): No share options were granted, exercised, cancelled, or lapsed in July. Outstanding options stood at zero. The scheme still allows for the future issuance of up to 773.96 million shares. Consequently, no new shares were allotted and no funds were raised through option exercises during the period.

• Other Securities: The filing shows no outstanding warrants, convertible instruments, Hong Kong depositary receipts, or other share-issuing arrangements.

The disclosure, signed by Group General Counsel and Company Secretary Vanessa Cheung Hok Chee, confirms stability in PCCW’s equity base and adherence to listing requirements for the reporting month.
