Subsidiary of China State Construction International Holdings Collaborates to Bid on Fuzhou Land Parcel

China State Construction International Holdings Ltd (HKEX: 03311) has announced that on July 14, 2026, Putian Haiyue, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and China Construction Jiahe entered into a joint bidding agreement. According to the agreement, Putian Haiyue and China Construction Jiahe have agreed to jointly bid for a land parcel located in Fuzhou, China, with respective capital contribution ratios of 80% and 20%.

The board of directors believes the location and designated use of the land parcel align with the company's investment and development direction. The collaboration is expected to leverage the respective strengths of the parties involved, facilitating effective investment and construction on the parcel, mitigating investment risks, and generating superior returns for shareholders.
